I have a problem trying to save a dft i dwg or dxf design but when I try it, it gives me this message.
error:the file c\user\doriano\desktop\seacad.ini does not exist or cannot be read.
What's the problem?

for some reason look for the seacad.ini file translation configuration on the desktop.
enter the options and as configuration file go to select the default one that is in c:\programs\solid edge\program\

thanks for the answer I found the seacad file (in program ) I opened it but when I tried to save the table in dwg gives me the same error message could be because I didn't install autocad?
However with catia v5r20 makes me save the boards in dwg and dxf

in the conversion settings you have to tell him to use the file you found, otherwise you keep looking for it on the desktop.
autocad does not serve for conversion.
it doesn't even need a caia to convert solid edge dfts to dxf and dwg.

for windows there are no differences between upper and lowercase letters.

but when you open the autocad conversion assistant window, then there's no box to go to select the seacad.ini file? (that in the second image of those I have attached to you earlier).
