export files from windchill without creo license

a customer has all the technical database on windchill, recently they no longer have a creo license because they decided to run the mechanical part to us that however we use solidworks and we do not have a plm.
now the problem is that having no more create we can not save files externally. from windchill is it possible to export files without a creo license?

hi, you can export the data cad, but you have to use windchill workgroup manager, from the browser you can not. probably also varies from the version in use, we use windchill 11.0. if you have active licenses for windchill you can go to the ptc portal and download windchill workgroup managers.
