I didn't explain well.
in a large group already structured I have to insert a series of new details that should naturally be inserted in turn in groups and subgroups already existing. the new details I create them maybe in total, at level 1, creating links with already existing parts (already inserted in groups and subgroups) and maybe they would be connected to several parts belonging to different subgroups. I know the variable paritetic command, but I wondered if there was a way to maintain the association quickly even if I moved a particular from one group to another (other example). I have reported different examples, but to shed light on a common problem with various cases.
Now it's clear. personally at the end of the project, when I go to organize the parts in subaxis and constructive groups, I tend to stop the connections to avoid undesirable cascading updates. (in the sense that if I make a review I want to have manual control).
Keep in mind that the 'transfer' command in certain situations does not interrupt links as it can make you believe. if the parties you transfer have links to parts you do not transfer then the links will remain valid.
You must always evaluate the 'context' in which the geometry you want to connect to.
if you do not fall into the above situation, to reorganize the assemblies without losing the links there is a somewhat slender but working method:
- through the design manager I go to create a copy of the main axieme with the name of the subgroup I go to create
- during the copy of course I go to update the links on the parts that interest me are part of the subgroup.
- I open the copy and go to eliminate all the parts except those of my interest that will constitute the subgroup
- I open the main axieme and replace\elimino the components that I inserted in the subgroup with the subgroup
I hope to be explained, the topic is complex
p.s.: there is a 'structure manager' tool that should serve to reorganize the axieme while keeping the links; Unfortunately, it is the prerogative of those who use team centers and I have never had a chance to help. I try to find out how he works.
