Good evening.
This morning I speak to a person who deals with safety for companies I learned (according to this person) that the technical construction file for machines must have "sure date".
This is not the case, in fact, in the machinery directive in the Decree 17/2010 imposes it.
In my opinion the technician has made confusion with the document of the assessment of the risks drawn up by the employer imposed by Decree 81/2008.
I am looking for normative references to what has been said but I cannot find it.
