a persecutable way would be that of the virtual machine with xp under win 10... how many ram did you install?
It's something I've never done, but I think it's enough for an iso image of your xp already configured to install in the virtual machine.... at least so I seem to understand by spulking on the net.... the ram to devote and the space on virtual hd you decide it according to your hardware resources."create a boot maneger that allows you to start from xp to 10 and vice versa" no no... 2 hd = separate operating systems.. once chosen the main boot from that. i.e. = the simplest is xp? boot from xp.. is it easier to win10? Win10 is...
I'm looking for rams tomorrow and I'm telling you... But... Should I reinstall everything on the virtual? or would it be enough of an image of the hd ssd I have now?
usual problem of bitcoin miners and other virtual coins. . .In my opinion, voltage surges are not good for routers... a dlink paid a bang lasted me very little. on ebay a little something of professional cards used is found... at the moment those gaming have gone up price in a frightening way.
for driver test "magic driver"...is a program that automatically finds drivers suitable for your componentstaken a hd ssd... downloaded from microsoft win10 for usb key... keyed.. and installed... re-installed programs and reconfigured from zero (custom toolbar, quick keys)... missing the configuration of the 3d connexion and finished. an annoying flaw is that the modem tim configuration is always open at startup even if not required and (often) "lose the connection". to restore it I have to restart win10 (in the modem all the lights line and wifi turned on and regular).. I assume/experience both the modem tim (both those purchased from me (usually tp-linl) and those free tim) more than 2/3 years do not last me.. and I spend them every night as well.. Mah.
the ge force210 card is taken for the neck... I will look for something alternative economic
forse manca il master boot record di xp in d.....?????I would like to keep the virtual as the last beach... you know... old pc and video card squeezed. . .
when configuro easybcd 2.4 exits this list (which seems correct):
there is a total of 2 entries in the boot manager.
default: microsoft windows xp sp3
waiting time: 30 secondsdisco di boot: c:\
entry #1
nome: microsoft windows xp sp3
id bcd: {default}
unità: d:\
percorso gestore boot: \nst\easyldr1
entry #2
nome: windows 10
id bcd: {current}
unità: c:\
percorso gestore boot: \windows\system32\winload.exeThen he asks me "install win xp ntldr bootloader" an exclamation point with writing "write thembr"a notice "... this advanced operation manages the boot of win xp.... etc... Are you sure you want to change it? " something pressure no (I'm not sure)
Maybe the mistake is here? disco di boot: c:\ (win xp is on d in fact)
c'é un totale di 2 voci nel gestore del boot.
predefinito: windows 10
tempo di attesa: 30 secondi
disco di boot: c:\
entry #1
nome: windows 10
id bcd: {current}
unità: c:\
percorso gestore boot: \windows\system32\winload.exe
entry #2
nome: microsoft windows xp
id bcd: {e08b1111-6168-11eb-a9fd-f46d04e513e1}
unità: d:\
percorso gestore boot: \nst\ntldr
Yes, it works, my home fix is configured like that. I don't know how to do it from scratch.Try to do so... create a partition, even small, with linux which then installs a grub in the master boot and makes you sew the system to start. I don't know if this works even with start on different disks, but trying does not harm, it is very simple to do it. linux, I think it allows you, being enormously more advanced than win.
certainly works yes, I have always used it over the years, only that I do not know if it is possible to show him more boot disks. the procedure is very simple, just do a research on how to install a linux distro and find everything.Yes, it works, my home fix is configured like that. I don't know how to do it from scratch.
Done!I started from this situation from the first post I wroteinstall 1 hd and install windows 10
install the 2nd hd and install windows xp but leaving the 1st hd disconnected
I wanted to avoid "passing" for bios hoping to use xp win boot or win10 boot or easybcd... I just miss how to configure easybcd... This is my doubt.. doubt that on the net is "powered" confirming that un boot between xp-win10 is not so obvious/simple to do How do you think...at this point when you want to decide what to use selections from bios
