will there also be the figure of the project manager? I imagine you; it takes someone, single or collegial level, who respecting the individual skills, otherwise it is a casino (and sometimes it is not easy), evaluate the progress of the works, the answer to the capitulate / the basic requirements, and address any disputes of the various (eventual) working groups.
