to disable uac you must set on "0" the following enablelua registry key contained in:
hkey_local_machine> software>microsoft>windows>currentversionpolicies>system
I saved 2 reg files that I can call back quickly to turn off or reactivate in 1 click the user control. Keep in mind that it needs reboot when you change this key.
