Good morning.
Sorry I'm late, but in the past few days I've been robbing my laptop with obvious repercussions. ..frown:
on conversion I immediately explain that there are 2 distinct approaches: as service; as a software solution. the two approaches are distinct and observance of the two to advantages and disadvantages. e.g. the service has a lower cost if we talk about a one-time or repayment activity, while the software is a suitable solution in case you have to act in such a way. I think it is clear that knowing how to offer the service is not automatically convertible to offering a solution. ..in fact, the second option provides for the development of an interface that allows you to make every time the necessary mappings between the two libraries...this is because an intelligent conversion predicts that each object looks native to the solution in which you will work or that you will have to provide.
e.g. if I have to import a model pds/pdms in cadmatic to control engineering and then make any modification it may not even be necessary to convert with a converter or request a service but it can be enough to use our solution exchanger for pds/pdms and find a model with all geometries and all attributes.. . Just a few minutes and... little money! What's different is if you have to make a pattern back.
As for naviswork, I would like to clarify that any navigator provides compatibility with the formats that it supports, the thing that I can't understand is because a non-compatible ' of a x navigator is charged to the cadmatic, we can provide info to load cadmatic models (the 3dd files are fine and are of ascii) or to generate ebrowser models (the epiublisher is downloadable from the site)
As soon as I'm in the office, I'll send you an example, just let me know what kind of plant you prefer! Otherwise I choose!
for info sst use and infoplant india are the "society society" (I know them very well) and are doing a great job with cadmatic-pdms, for honor of seriousness, I think that on pds they have nothing.
